mts69 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. mts69 operates a strict minimum age policy consistent with the responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. If age verification reveals that a Member is or was under 21 at the time of registration or during any period of play, the account will be closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from play during the underage period may be voided.

2.2 Jurisdiction. mts69 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the mts69 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. mts69 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside those it has determined to be serviced markets. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prevent you from entering into contracts of this nature.

2.4 No Prior Exclusion. You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from mts69 or any related platform. Persons who have activated a self-exclusion on mts69 are not permitted to open a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

2.5 Personal Use Only. You must be using the mts69 platform solely for your own personal entertainment. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another individual, group, organization, or legal entity is expressly prohibited.

3.1 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. mts69 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.

3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual may hold only one active account on mts69. Operating more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms. mts69 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to retain any funds held therein where fraudulent activity is detected.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mts69 strongly recommends enabling any two-factor authentication or additional security features made available on the platform. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a compromise to our support team at the earliest practicable opportunity.

3.4 KYC Verification. mts69 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your membership. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card — or valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the relevant notification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your mts69 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering cycle will be forfeited upon closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mts69 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit within your account. mts69 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued by international networks for gambling transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply to individual payment methods and will be communicated at the time of transaction. Deposits that fall below the stated minimum will not be credited and may be returned to the originating account, less any applicable transfer fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your mts69 account in real time. In the event of a delay, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your mts69 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mts69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of submission during operational hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional security checks are required. mts69 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your mts69 account originate from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner of those funds. mts69 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately and referred to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. As a general rule, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — please refer to the individual promotion page for confirmation.

5.2 Bonus Validity. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a Bonus balance is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit applies (as stated in the promotion terms). Placing bets that exceed this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. mts69 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of any technical error or miscalculation in posted bonus terms.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw. mts69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect Bonus Funds already accepted and in active use by a Member at the time of the change, except where the promotion was offered in error.

6.1 Automated Play. The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the mts69 platform in any manner is strictly prohibited. mts69 employs active monitoring systems capable of detecting non-human play patterns, and any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately.

6.2 Collusion. Players participating in poker tournaments, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format are prohibited from communicating with or coordinating strategy with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion detected by mts69's monitoring systems will result in immediate disqualification from the relevant game, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

6.3 Exploit and Glitch Abuse. Any deliberate exploitation of a technical error, software glitch, pricing error, or incorrect game outcome is prohibited. Winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided. Members are encouraged to report any suspected technical errors to our support team immediately upon discovery.

6.4 Fraudulent Transactions. Chargebacks, disputed transactions, use of stolen payment credentials, and any other form of payment fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, full recovery of any associated winnings, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.5 Game Integrity — Sports Betting. Members must not place bets on sports events in which they have any direct or indirect ability to influence the outcome. This includes employees of teams or organizations participating in events covered by the mts69 sportsbook, match officials, and persons with access to non-public information regarding the event in question.

7.1 Limited License. mts69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the mts69 platform.

7.2 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the mts69 platform. You may not use the mts69 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written consent from mts69.

8.1 Data Collection. mts69 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC verification, as well as technical data generated through your use of the platform (including device information, IP addresses, and session data). This data is used to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.

8.2 Data Security. mts69 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and mts69 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

8.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, mts69 may send you promotional communications about our latest bonuses, new game launches, and seasonal offers relevant to Indonesian players. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting our support team or following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any such communication.

9.1 Available Tools. Members may at any time set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; loss limits; wager limits; and session-time reminders directly from their account settings panel. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and are designed to promote safe, sustainable gaming habits.

9.2 Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion. Members who feel they need a break from gaming may activate a temporary cooling-off period (from 24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and result in the immediate closure of the account. mts69 will not reopen a self-excluded account under any circumstances.

9.3 Problem Gambling Support. If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to contact the mts69 support team, who can assist you in activating protective measures and provide referrals to professional support resources. mts69 operates a zero-tolerance policy for encouraging excessive or compulsive gambling behavior.

10.1 Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform.

10.2 Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, regulatory action, or any other event outside mts69's reasonable control.

10.3 Any delay, failure, or error in the processing of bets, game outcomes, or financial transactions caused by third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications networks.

10.4 Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or from unauthorized access to their account where reasonable security precautions were not observed.

10.5 Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mts69's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Your continued use of the mts69 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should immediately cease use of the platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure.

11.2 mts69 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the rules governing use of the platform.

12.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the mts69 platform, you should first contact our customer support team, providing full details of the issue. mts69 will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the mts69 support team, you may request escalation to a senior member of the mts69 operations team. mts69 will endeavor to resolve all escalated complaints within ten (10) business days.

12.3 Language. All formal dispute correspondence with mts69 should be conducted in English. For the convenience of Indonesian-speaking Members, our support team includes Indonesian-speaking agents who can assist with informal queries, though formal documentation will be produced in English.
